This 1448 aluminum jon boat is 14’ long and a very stable 5’ wide. Jons are the classic fishing and hunting boat for the Mississippi backwaters. This boat is great for navigating the shallows and perfect for taking the kids or grandkids panfishing. It is not recommended for the big water of Lake Pepin. This boat has a 25 HP tiller operated engine with electric start. As with all boats in our fleet, this boat is equipped with a 4-cycle Yamaha outboard, giving plenty of power to get you around safely on the mighty Mississippi!
